The Allen County Fairgrounds has many facilities to host just about any type of function. From craft shows, wedding receptions, flea markets and gun shows, to family reunions, company picnics, and auctions, we have a solution for your needs. Our facilities can host functions both inside and outside. Our ground and building rental options include single building rental up to the entire fairgrounds. We are flexible and can accommodate your event.
The fairgrounds is 135 acres and is fenced and secured. Located a mile east of I-75 and five miles of U.S. 30, there are hotels, motels, restaurants, and shopping centers available within minutes. Additionally, there is parking for 6,000 and RV camping spaces.
The grounds feature four renovated buildings that total 35,700 sq. ft., with more buildings available that total 40,000 sq. ft. Other rental options include a newly renovated covered grandstand with 2,000 seats and additionally bleacher seating and there are climate controlled buildings onsite.

Our Schmidthorst Pavilion offers covered seating for up to 2,000
The Schmidthorst Pavilion is a covered arena that seats anywhere from 500 people up to 2,000. The pavilion is 308 feet by 150 feet. There is an attached judges stand and office, and 100 stalls within 100 feet of the arena with more stalls available as needed. There are restrooms and parking within feet of the Pavilion.
